Return and Refund Policy

At Rustic Neri Farm Co. LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods
Custom or made-to-order products
Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@rusticnerifarm.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect and process your refund (minus any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of processing.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
